Lesson plans Week of 2/27-3/2

Reminders
Early Dismissal Friday March 2,2012 @ 12:00noon. Wednesday is "Hippie Day" children can dress as a hippie and students dressed in the best hippie outfit will be entered in the school contest. This week the scholastic book fair if you wish your child to purchase a book please send at least $5.00 for a book. The book fair will be held from Monday to Friday of this week. Progress report will be sent home Thursday March 1,2012 please make sure to review your child's book bag.

Reminders
Thursday Feb.16, Class picture children should be in full uniform no NUT CARDS!!
The art teacher needs your cooperation in coming up with a slogan for car safety or getting to school safety, and knowing saftey rules of traffic. If the slogan are not turned in by thursday then your child will not be entered in the contest where they may win a cash prize.(example of a slogan= I'm loving it! McDonadls)
Valentine's day children are allowed to wear Red but absolutely no jeans allowed only dress clothes. I will be collecting $3.00 for the party to cover pizza and juice. Children should bring an additional $1.00 for the eighth grade cake sale for valentine's day as this is to help for the 8th graders graduation costs.
