Reminders
Mass on Thursday Oct.4 at 9:00 am students may bring pets to Mass but dogs or cats must be returned home after the mass, parents welcomed to join us, students should be in full school uniform. Parents should have logged into freckle and have your child complete the work assigned. I will be assigning work on a weekly basis please check blog hw for freckle assigned work this week. Math Quiz this week Wednesday on counting and writing numbers 0-10. Sight word assessment Thursday for all the sight words given up to this point.

Reminders
Tuesday September 25 school will be closed, teachers will be attending a religious conference. Thursday we begin MAP testing in mathematics, Friday MAP testing in reading. I would like parents to log into pearsonrealize.com account has been set up and I would like students to become familiar with using the program online. Another program that we will be using to help students in math is student.freckle.com, students should log in using their first and last name and the class code is ocasiw.

Lesson Plan 9/17-9/21
Reminders
Monday 9/17 early dismissal at 12:00 noon, after school program available if needed. Friday Sept. 21 mass at 9:00am parents are welcomed to attend. I am still waiting for paperwork as it was due last week please make sure you have filled out 2 emergency cards as I mentioned before one stays in the classroom the other goes down to the office. Map testing begins for us soon it is imperative that your child is comfortable using computers, as we will be using them all year long. Next week school will be closed on Tuesday September 25 for religion conference.

All paperwork should be in this week no later than Tuesday Sept.11, There are 2 emergency cards and both should be filled out because one stays in the classroom and the other goes to the school office. Please remember to check your child's back pack daily for announcements and homework. Please feel free to ask questions if you are unsure about anything. Early Dismissal next week Monday 9/17, please make sure you received a copy of the monthly calendar that was sent out last week. Below this is a link for a website we will be using throughout the school year for children to do assigned work.
