Kindergarten graduation will be Wednesday June 7th, I would like for students to wear blue if possible, as we will have an oceanic theme decoration. Sight word assessment this whole week as I assess students individually to identify the sight word on a card. Please remember to review homework with your child every evening to ensure they are understanding their classwork.

Early dismissal Friday May 5th at 12:00 noon. Students will have gym on Thursday May 4th, all students in gym uniform with sneakers. MAP testing on May 16th and May 17th. Please continue to work with your child at home on reading comprehension and reading fluency and sight words. Reminders

Early dismissal on Friday April 21st t 12:00 noon for parent teacher conference. Conferences will be held from 1:00-2:50pm in person and 3:00pm-6:00pm via zoom, there will be a sign up sheet as it will be first come first serve. Friday there will be no After school program please make arrangements as dismissal will be at 12:00noon for all students.

Reminders

Students will need to bring in a large shopping bag to school to pack up the books during spring break. We will have a little class party on Friday I am collecting $3.00 donation or if you would like to bring something that will be fine too. Students can wear dress up clothing on Friday. Tuesday students will take a math quiz to review addition, subtraction and number bonds, Wednesday ELA test end of Unit 4 Ready Gen phonics and comprehension test. Thursday students are to wear their Gym uniform.

Monday March 20th school mass at 10:00 Feast of St.Joseph parents are welcomed to join us. Friday March 24th school closed, for a teacher training. Rhyming words test will be administered on Wednesday students should be able to recognize rhyming words, sight word test next week. Students will be sent home with books on Thursday they will be able to keep these books at home to practice reading fluency.
