Reminders
Ash Wednesday Mass at 11:00 am parents are welcomed to join us. Children will have gym classes on Wednesday this week because of some changes to the schedule. Thursday we will be having a Valentine's day party in class from lunch time to dismissal, I will be collecting $3.00 for food and drinks, children are allowed to wear red on Valentine's day. If you are able to please send the children with $1.00 for a bake sale that the Pre-k classes will be having so children can support their school this bake sale will be held on Thursday for Valentine's Day. Early Dismissal Friday February 15, 2013  @ 12:00 noon, After School Program will be available if needed.

Lesson Plans 1/28-2/1

Reminders
Every Friday children will be taking books home to practice on their reading fluency it is imperative that they are reading by the end of kindergarten otherwise they will not move forward to the next grade. Wednesday January 30th Early Dismissal for Parent-Teacher conferences that will be held from 2:00pm-7:00pm sharp, each meeting can not run over ten minutes therefore I will keep a timer and a notebook handy in case we need to schedule a meeting. A sight word worksheet was sent home last friday anything highlighted in pink means children did not know the words, if nothing was highlighted then children know all of the sight words. Books given on Friday should be returned on the next school day. Monday February 4,2013 School will be closed.

Early Dismissal Friday January 18, 2012 at 12:00 noon after school program is available.
Progress reports were sent home this Friday it is imperative that you look over it. Report Cards will be given on Wednesday January 30th instead of the previous date assigned.
This Friday January 18,2012 students will be taking books home to practice reading these books should be returned on Tuesday January 22,2012, along with a phonetic sheet to review letter sounds and blending words.
